HIRING CONDITIONS

Package hire minimum is $495, unless a single item hire is agreed to by quotation in writing.

Your Photo Booth Hire will be set up and ready to go 30 minutes prior to the booked start time. If there are any unforeseen circumstances (e.g. another wedding or function is taking place at the same location prior to yours or there are access/booking time restrictions) we will do our best to ensure set up is done ASAP. 

QUOTES

All written quotes are valid for 30 days from date on the quote. Verbal quotes and website prices are given but are subject to change. Only printed quotes are valid. Please request a printed quote when enquiring, if needed.

BOOKINGS

50 % is required to reserve a booking date and is non-refundable as we turn away other clients for that date & time with the balance due 30 days prior to the event. A security bond will be added to the total if your booking includes interactive hire items e.g. parasols, fans etc or overnight use. We will let you know if a security bond is required at the time of quote. The security bond will be refunded the same way it was paid on the same day the hire is returned less any cost of damages or theft of materials. Clients will be notified if there are any concerns with the venue, we require at least 3m x 3m area for the photobooth and one power outlet. Ideally the booth needs to be to the side of a room and not used as a walkway.. If the site location booking is through council or private venue, it is the responsibility of the client. 

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations are non-refundable. 100% of monies paid are retained in the event of a cancellation. We do not refund for a change of heart, date error, late planes, inclement weather or any other reasons. In the unlikelihood of cruel and unusual circumstances; i.e. death of a Bride/Groom or Client/Hirer, we will consider partial refund or greater, (excluding your deposit) on a case by case merit. We will work with you or your authorised representative.

 

All cancellations or change of venue must be made in writing via email to PhotoBoothNationPhotoBoothHire@hotmail.com with a confirmation from us by return email. 

Please do not assume we know unless you hear it from us in writing. However, on the day of your event, as staff are already setting up, a phone call to 0412 784 995 is required to confirm any changes, as emails to Photo Booth Nation Photo Booth Hire and in most occasions, also the client/Hire are not contactable. 

 

Inside of 3hrs to the booked start time, a venue or décor change cannot be guaranteed.

Photo Booth Nation Photo Booth Hire is not liable for any unforeseen circumstances or loss of money. We work with you and your event location conditions of use as best as reasonably possible, (i.e. On the event day, when there is another event at your chosen location prior to yours and timing is outside of your and our control).  Additional costs maybe incurred where there is no notice of a change of venue/or Plan B location not previously notified.. We cannot change location on the event day unless it is your wet weather option and 3hrs notice is given.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Please note this service is deemed as entertainment, we are not professional photograhers and can not be held responsible for weather, natural lighting, placement of the booth, guests misusing your guest book and or lack of guest use. Photobooth nation wants your event to be as successful as possible and will strive for this to be carried out.

VENDORS

Photo Booth Nation Photo Booth Hire is not liable for third party vendors or their equipment.

DAMAGE/THEFT OF HIRED ITEMS

The hired items are the responsibility of the client once set up has taken place. The client is responsible for any damage or theft of items during this time up until pack up has begun by us. This includes the photobooth, if your guests misuse or damage the booth by either themselves or split alcohol.

Costs are calculated at replacement value. Client will be notified if there are any concerns and an invoice will be issued within 7 days after the event if this occurs.

A security bond will be added to the total if your booking includes interactive hire items e.g. parasols, fans etc. We will let you know if a security bond is required at the time of quote. The security bond will be refunded the same day the hire ends, and items are returned in their original condition less any cost of damages or theft of materials. 

SOCIAL MEDIA

We like to share the love! But if you do not wish for a few photos of your event being posted onto our Facebook page or web site, please let us know prior to your event date. We will also create a Facebook and Instagram post while we are at your event, please encourage your guests to comment on our posts to share the love !

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept Square invoicing only.  Please discuss other payment methods with us.
